HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. We aim to make placing an order as easy as possible:
  2. Find the item you want to purchase.
  3. Select the size you want.
  4. Click Add to cart.
  5. Click on your shopping cart or go directly to the checkout and fill in your payment, billing and delivery details.

That's it - just wait patiently for your order to arrive at your door. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Your order will be despatched from our warehouse located in Orange, California, US.

Shipping prices are determined straight from the carriers. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse. 

Domestic (within the US): Once you receive an email saying your item was shipped, it does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment. Your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment area to be fulfilled as fast as possible.

International (outside the US): orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees asked by your destination country. These charges are made once your order has arrived at the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price, shipping, and handling calculated charge at check out. Spite Cult holds no responsibility on these additional international charges that may occur. By placing an international order, (outside the US), the purchaser is responsible for abiding by their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If an international order is lost or destroyed by customs, While She Sleeps is not responsible for any loss, damage, or shipping refunds. 

USPS Approximate Transit Times

Ground Advantage: 2 - 6 business days transit

Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days transit

First Class International: 7 - 14 business days transit

Priority Mail International: 6 - 10 business days transit

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If there is a problem with your item or order please email us here - customerservice@merchpro.co

Please note: You will have to pay the postage costs, and the item(s) you are returning should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

 

    CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

    If your order hasn't left the warehouse & we are notified in time then we can change the address. Please email us with new address details here - customerservice@merchpro.co with 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' as the subject of your mail. 

    If the item has left the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot do anything.

    Please check your address details thoroughly before ordering. 

    WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE RESTOCKED?

    All news regarding item restocks will be updated on our social media sites.

    I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

    Unfortunately this can happen from time to time. If there's a mix up with your order please email us here -

    ITEMS BOUGHT AT A SHOW

    Our online store is ran completely separate to the merchandise you find on tour, both are owned by the band but to avoid confusion we are unable to offer any refunds/exchanges. All tour merchandise sales are final however if you have received a faulty item please contact our customer care team who will do their best to help you. 

    CAN I DESIGN FOR WHILE SHE SLEEPS?

    Everything you see on the Sleeps Brothers Store is designed by the band. However we are always happy to see your designs and will always consider them for the store. Anyone wishing to share their designs with us, must have an (up to date) online portfolio, which can be linked with the potential designs attached in an email to matwelsh28@gmail.com
